Questions
How long does it take?
Usually 15–25 minutes. You can close the page — we'll email you when your report is ready.
What do you access?
Only public pages, like a shopper would. We never log in, enter personal or payment details, or place orders. We add one product to the cart to test it, and we respect your robots.txt.
Will it slow my store down?
No. We crawl politely (about two requests per second), and our shopping test is comparable to one visitor browsing your store.
What happens to my details?
We use your name and email only to send your report. You can ask us to delete your reports at any time.
Why are some checks marked “couldn't check”?
Some things need your internal data (analytics, email tool, order system) or a real order. The report explains how to check them yourself.
