Privacy note

This note explains what takumi_audit does with information when you request a store audit.

What we collect

• Your name and email address, so we can send you the report.
• The store address you enter and any competitor addresses.
• A one-way hash of your IP address, used only for rate limiting.

How we use it

• To run the audit and email you a link to the report. We don't send marketing and we don't sell or share your details.
• Reports are unlisted: anyone with the link can open them, so share the link carefully.

What the audit looks at

Only public pages of the store, like a shopper would see them. We never log in, enter personal details or place orders.

Retention and deletion

Detailed audit data is pruned after 30 days. To delete your reports and details sooner, contact us at bot@example.com.
